A MESSAGE TO WBGU-PBS MEMBERS

WBGU-PBS using new member account system.

To better serve our members, WBGU is implementing a new member account management system. Developed by PBS stations for PBS stations, the new system will provide more accurate member information. Renewing your membership will be easier and those annoying duplicate renewal letters that some members have received should be a thing of the past. Updating member information like change of address or membership level will easier too. Plus, the service will help us expand our member base by helping us find viewers who support our mission. You may notice more emails from WBGU-PBS in our effort to better and more cost-effectively communicate with you.

With any change, there may be some growing pains. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about information you receive from us.

As always, thank you for supporting your PBS station.
